Sobre o projeto

 

O projeto Calendário Escolar de Contos foi inspirado no texto Um calendário de contos do livro Alerta de risco de Neil Gaiman.

Neste texto, o autor escreve um conto para cada mês e a proposta para os alunos era ler o conto referente ao mês vigente e escrever um conto também.

Foi um convite, e vários alunos aderiram, escreveram seus textos. E quem não quisesse escrever, poderia desenhar algo inspirado no texto do Neil Gaiman.

No final, publicaríamos os textos em um blog para podermos mostrar a colegas, pais, amigos, comunidade escolar. E por que não contatar o autor e mostrarmos o que o livro dele nos inspirou?

Claro que com a pandemia não foi muito fácil, pois as discussões sobre os textos em sala de aula não foram possíveis da maneira ideal, mas, através do chat do Teams, conseguimos tirar algumas dúvidas.

E agora, selecionamos alguns textos para finalizarmos o projeto. Esperamos que leiam e se divirtam!

Aproveito para agradecer a todos os alunos, ao professor Leonardo Puga, que me mostrou o livro e de onde surgiu a ideia, e as professoras Bete Tenório e Jaqueline, que ajudaram a corrigirem as versões do texto de introdução e da carta ao Neil Gaiman.

 

About the Project

 

The Short story school calendar (Calendário Escolar de Contos) project was inspired on A shot story calendar by Neil Gaiman in his book Trigger Warning – short fictions and disturbances.

In the book, the author writes a short story for each month. The proposal for students was to read the tale from to the current month and write a short story as the author did.

The participation in the Project was an invitation, but many students joined the project and they wrote their texts. Those who didn’t want to write, could draw something inspired by the Neil Gaiman’s texts.

In the end, we would publish the content on a blog in order to share with our classmates, parents, friends and all school community.

Of course, the pandemic made the process more difficult once the discussions about the texts in the classroom environment were not possible. However, through Microsoft Teams chat, we managed to solve our doubts online.

Now, we select some tales to finish the project. We hope you enjoy!

I take this opportunity to thank the all students, the teacher Leonardo Puga, who introduced me the book, when the idea came up. I also thank the teachers Elizabete Tenorio and Jaqueline Santos who helped to correct the versions of the introduction text and the letter to Neil Gaiman.
